Dealing With Troubled Times

Indeed, we all have to deal with various pressures in our lives.  Many are under pressure to act, perform, conform, advance, and be relevant. But if we believe in God and apply His Word, we don’t need to put our lives under pressure just to impress people or conform to the crazy lifestyles of the world.  How to Live with Joy Daily

We should not allow the pressures of life to overwhelm us.  Whenever we feel any kind of pressure, the wise thing to do is to turn to God and His Word. This is to encourage us not to give in to the pressures of this present time. Instead, turn to God in prayer, and meditate in the promises of God concerning any situation that is causing you to be pressured.

The Word of God has told us to cast our cares on God, to trust Him, because He cares more than we can imagine. He has the power to reverse what the enemy meant for evil and turn it into our good. Find a way to refuse to let the pressures of life steal your peace and joy of salvation. Let us answer this question; “What are you most concerned about today? What are you anxious about this week? Could it be about the following: the political uncertainties, the cost of living, the exchange rate; the family tensions, the unpaid bills, and the mortgage; the children’s behaviors, health reports, work or business challenges, and school work? Whatever it is, you’re not alone.

Friends, whatever it is, talk it over with Jesus in prayer, because God takes care of every fear and worry; therefore, lay the burdens down at His feet. https://www.christianity.com/bible/god-is-faithful-bible-verses-86
